30-Day Return, Replacement & Missing Parcel Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, or your parcel is missing, we’ve got you covered.
Returns & Replacements:
- Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Replacement: Damaged or defective items can be replaced upon review.
- Return & Repost Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage and reshipping costs for replacements.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected. Processing times may vary.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, perishable, or product care items cannot be returned unless defective.
Missing or Undelivered Parcels:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: If your parcel is still missing, contact our support team at info@frvincitore.co.uk. Please include your order number.
- Investigation: We will work with the courier to investigate your parcel’s status. We are at the hands of the couriers/royal mail procedures with regards to timelines but will keep you updated accordingly.
- Resolution: Depending on the outcome, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
Note: We are not responsible for parcels marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If you believe it has been stolen or delivered incorrectly, please contact your local delivery service, however we will of course help as much as possible.
